See requirements and applyIn addition to accepting transfer credit from other colleges or universities you’ve attended, Northeastern accepts credit based on your military experience. Veterans can receive up to 60 credits, while active-duty servicemembers can receive up to 90 credits.
Most military applicants can request and submit a Joint Service Transcript to begin the transfer process. Applicants joining us from the Air Force should instead request and submit transcripts from the Community College of the Air Force.

Qualified students can receive unlimited institutional matching funds, covering up to 100% of tuition and related fees. Since 2010, Northeastern has given more than $11.2 million in Yellow Ribbon funding to over 800 students.

Active U.S. servicemembers and their spouses are eligible to receive a discounted tuition rate of $250 per semester hour for bachelor’s completion programs.
