Making Great Strides
Since coming to Northeastern University, Dumazo has hit the ground running. He’s earned the respect of his peers and teachers and is constantly praised for his sheer determination to accomplish his goals in life. And with no plans in sight of slowing down, it’s just a matter of time before he’s the next big thing in Health Science.
“When I got accepted to Northeastern, I was juggling two jobs. There were times I wanted to quit. But I made the dean’s list one semester and then the next semester. I was ecstatic. I always thought I was just an average student…so making the dean’s list was a big deal to me. I learned if you want something, you have to put in the work.”
