Northeastern University's Bachelor of Science in Information Technology provides the skills and knowledge needed to build a vibrant career in IT. The challenge-based, experience-focused program fosters your critical thinking skills and brings you the in-demand skills sought by local, national, and global employers.

You’ll acquire in-demand knowledge and hands-on skills that industry employers are looking for as they fill more than 377,000 new jobs projected annually through 2029. The STEM-designated program reinforces core business skills, including project management, communications, organization, and group dynamics.

Optional concentrations offer you added skills and professional tools for you to succeed in your chosen path.

Analytics—includes foundational courses in probability theory and statistics, and advanced techniques in data mining and statistics for data analytics.

Applications Development—includes courses in web and mobile programming and databases.

Cybersecurity—includes courses in network security, computer forensics, and software vulnerabilities.
