Flexible Learning Formats

Your life is busy; we get that. It’s why we offer our bachelor’s degree completion programs in a variety of formats, including on-campus, 100% online, or a hybrid of the two, allowing you to learn on a schedule best suited to your lifestyle.

If you have previously earned credits from a regionally accredited college or university, you could also pursue one of our Fast-Track programs and earn your bachelor’s in just 20 months. Or, you can choose a Self-Paced option and focus on completing one or two courses per term—really, whatever pace is right for you works for us.

Valuing Your Experience

At Northeastern, we believe that it’s experience that makes the difference. The benefit of that is that you’re probably closer to earning your bachelor’s degree than you think, because we want to turn as much of your prior classroom learning and job experience into transfer credit as possible.

That transfer credit can be earned through college-level proficiency exams or a formal Assessment of Prior Learning (APL). Degree requirements can also be fulfilled by credits earned from a regionally accredited institution.

An advisor will work with you individually to develop an academic and career plan that can help guide you effectively through your degree program—and beyond. An advisor will collaborate with you to learn more about your background to better identify and determine how best to fill any knowledge and skills gaps. Together, you’ll chart a realistic, achievable, and timely path to graduation, before your first class even starts.

A More Affordable Education

Education should be affordable. To make that possible, Northeastern offers a range of financial aid opportunities in the form of grants, scholarships, and loans to qualified applicants. Roughly 60 percent of companies also offer some form of tuition assistance, so if you’re currently working, tuition reimbursement could be an option for you.
